Standard Cancellation Terms all alterations or cancellations to your registration must be made in writing and will be acknowledged by email. Notification should be sent to espw2027@in-conference.org.uk An administration charge of £40.00 will be made to any participant cancelling before 19th April 2027. Cancellations received after 19th April 2027 will be required to pay a full registration fee. However, if you are unable to attend, substitutes are welcome at no additional cost. By submitting your registration, you agree to the terms of the cancellation policy.

If you are joining close to a registration deadline, it may be faster to join the UK branch, as this uses a one-off payment method and membership can be verified immediately.
Membership through other branches may take longer to process, as you will need to wait for your official WPSA membership number to be issued before your status can be confirmed.
